The Five Tibetan Rites (No 3) on SKY TV

Free T5T ( Five Tibetan Rites ) Downloads

*This is the original story of the discovery of The Five Tibetan Rites of Rejuvenation by Colonel Bradford!
*Called The Eye of Revelation, it was written by Peter Kelder 1939 and has since been annotated by Carolinda Witt - a world-renowned teacher of The Five Rites.
*We believe this book is essential reading for practitioners of these wonderful movements. However we do not believe it is a good teaching aid! The instructions are very limited and there are only two illustrations to each movement.
*Unless you are a serious yoga student with a regular weekly yoga practice - you would be advised to learn the T5T method - which has been designed with the input of numerous health practitioners.
*The T5T method retains the integrity of the postures, but includes a step-by-step build up sequence - to ensure you are strong and flexible enough to do the advanced, final level of these Rites. This prevents strain or injury and ensures you can do these movements for the rest of your life.
*You can read more about the T5T recommendations - as well as the fascinating history of The 5 Rites in this Free Downloadable eBook.

Download this Brochure so you can print or email it for friends, family and colleagues. Let them know about the benefits of T5T too!

The original Five Tibetan Rites book written by Peter Kelder in 1939 does not include warm-ups.

However we believe they are necessary during the initial learning/beginner phase - or whenever your body is tense and stiff

I am giving away our beautiful poster to you for Free!

It clearly illustrates each of The Five Rites in the correct sequence. It shows the starting or first position of each Rite, and the finishing or second position of each Rite.
